Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

This is a description of Agape Love. It is described as being patient, kind, truthful, unselfish, trusting, believing, hopeful, and enduring. It is not jealous, boastful, arrogant, rude, selfish, or angry. True love never fails. The description perfectly fits God's love toward us, and should be the way we love each other and God. However, I have never met any person who perfectly fulfills this biblical definition of love. The Bible says that this unconditional love is more important than everything else (a partial list includes oratory ability, prophecy, knowledge, faith, philanthropy and hope). All of these things, which are "good" things, will pass away. Only love is eternal, since love will be the basis of eternal life. In fact, when Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was,
Jesus said, "YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND." (Matthew 22:37)10 He then added that the second most important law was "YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF." Jesus said that the entire law was dependent upon these two commandments
The most famous biblical chapter on love is from 1 Corinthians:
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. For it's so amazing to realize with each passing day GOD brings we rise with a plan to win the day as we run our race. Relying on each other in times of joy and sorrow as we journey through 24 hours on any given day. We've shared life ups and downs; those changes that make you turn around. Often able to show some kindness and alittle emphathy as we exchange opinions or pleasantries crossing many deliberate pathways But no matter day in & day out. We deserve the joy of dancing in the sunshine, knowing when to lock arms we hold on grip tightly through the storms of life.

We grown up evolved become friends - Often overlooked but never taken for granted it's only by God's amazing Grace I've come to love you more….

TRANSISTION/ACCEPTANCE-SELF LOVE
I went through my process of letting go of a bad relationship it hurt. Going through, growing through, and living on the other side was like shedding skin. The reason why it hurt me was because of my commitment raised my tolerance level to pain. I did do the necessary footwork to plant a seed for growth inwardly. I cried about this and prayed and GOD revealed to me almost as an epiphany experience. That I truly did love this person with his defects and assets too, but if he wasn't willing to acknowledge that there exist a problem how could he become willing to change his ways. I wasn't willing to come down to his level and he wasn't capable of meet me halfway.
Well, I had to change, my mind, my attitude towards him which evolved from resentment to forgiveness.I held onto the relationship even after he had left, hoping for an apology or closure waiting for his voice to say he's wrong... Wasn't growing it was lingering(wallowing inside my head);Ultimately, I would still be in a relationship. All by myself, with a ex-lover living rent free inside of my emotions, my mind I couldn't begin any new romance. Until I could Let Go of the former relationship completely to allow my heart, mind, and body to finally go back in sync. I stood up and trusted what GOD has purposed for me that I'm to be honored, adored, loved just as HE loves me and that I'm an exceptionally gifted Black Woman with much to offer.
Let GO Let GOD
Finally, GOD allowed me to mature to a level of self acceptance to become willing myself to change and let HIM work on me.... I'm a Kings daughter who deserves the best GOD grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change (other folks) and the courage to change the things that I can (me), and the WISDOM to know the difference. Stop trying to get folks to come up to where you're at if you lack patience to allow them to grow. Don't let anyone with a personality disorder affect your life. They can cause harm.. Words do hurt and over time and can Mame.... Believe in yourself enough know your value despite what anyone says. I know most men often when they're angry of cornered love to refer to us Ladies as "ah you crazy" and use all sorts of superlatives to support such asscine behavior when the conversations get serious or when they can't respond rationally. For some males this is a defense mechanism what other best way to stop the dialog is by means of offense "ATTACK, push the button" out comes the buzz words that tend to take you most of us off our square. Poof here comes "Crazy" we often play right into their hands... well Stand! Stand firm in all your convictions and don't let nobody bring you down... Read the article below for it's content. Personality Disorders and Relationships
List of personality disorders defined in the DSM
The DSM-IV lists ten personality disorders, grouped into three clusters. The DSM also contains a category for behavioral patterns that do not match these ten disorders, but nevertheless exhibit characteristics of a personality disorder. This category is labeled Personality Disorder NOS (Not Otherwise Specified).
Cluster A (odd or eccentric disorders)
Paranoid personality disorder: characterized by irrational suspicions and mistrust of others
Schizoid personality disorder: lack of interest in social relationships, seeing no point in sharing time with others
Schizotypal personality disorder: also avoids social relationships, though out of a fear of people
Cluster B (dramatic, emotional, or erratic disorders)
Antisocial personality disorder: "pervasive disregard for the law and the rights of others."
Borderline personality disorder: extreme "black and white" thinking, instability in relationships, self-image, identity and behavior
Histrionic personality disorder: "pervasive attention-seeking behavior including inappropriate sexual seductiveness and shallow or exaggerated emotions"
Narcissistic personality disorder: "a pervasive pattern of grandiosity, need for admiration, and a lack of empathy"
Cluster C (anxious or fearful disorders)
Avoidant personality disorder: social inhibition, feelings of inadequacy, extreme sensitivity to negative evaluation and avoidance of social interaction
Dependent personality disorder: pervasive psychological dependence on other people.
Obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (not the same as obsessive-compulsive disorder): characterized by rigid conformity to rules, moral codes, and excessive orderliness
History
The concept of personality disorders goes back to at least the ancient Greeks,[2] and even earlier to the ancient Egyptians, such as the Ebers papyrus.[3]
Various types of personality disorders were later described by medieval Arabic psychological thinkers,[4][5] and many more have been discovered in modern times.
Studies on clusters
A study of almost 600 male college students, averaging almost 30 years of age and who were not drawn from a clinical sample, examined the relationship between childhood experiences of sexual and physical abuse and presently reported personality disorder symptoms. Childhood abuse histories were found to be definitively associated with greater levels of symptomatology. Severity of abuse was found to be statistically significant, but clinically negligible, in symptomatology variance spread over Cluster A, B and C scales.[6]
Child abuse and neglect consistently evidence themselves as antecedent risks to the development of personality disorders in adulthood.[citation needed] In this particular study, efforts were taken to match retrospective reports of abuse with a clinical population that had demonstrated psychopathology from childhood to adulthood who were later found to have experienced abuse and neglect. The sexually abused group demonstrated the most consistently elevated patterns of psychopathology. Officially verified physical abuse showed an extremely strong role in the development of antisocial and impulsive behavior. On the other hand, cases of abuse of the neglectful type that created childhood pathology were found to be subject to partial remission in adulthood.[7]
In 2005, psychologists Belinda Board and Katarina Fritzon at the University of Surrey, UK, interviewed and gave personality tests to high-level British executives and compared their profiles with those of criminal psychiatric patients at Broadmoor Hospital in the UK. They found that three out of eleven personality disorders were actually more common in managers than in the disturbed criminals:
histrionic personality disorder: including superficial charm, insincerity, egocentricity and manipulation
narcissistic personality disorder: including grandiosity, self-focused lack of empathy for others, exploitativeness and independence.
obsessive-compulsive personality disorder: including perfectionism, excessive devotion to work, rigidity, stubbornness and dictatorial tendencies.
They described the business people as successful psychopaths and the criminals as unsuccessful psychopaths.

our love is usually conditional and based upon how other people behave toward us. This kind of love is based upon familiarity and direct interaction. The Greek word "phileo" defines this kind of love, often translated "brotherly love." Phileo is a soulish (connected through our emotions) kind of love - something that can be experienced by both believers and non-believers. This is in contrast to agape, which is love extended through the spirit. Agape love requires a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, since the non-regenerated soul is unable to love unconditionally. Agape love gives and sacrifices expecting nothing back in return
I'm writing this because of the climate of things in our country called America the Beautiful. My mother use to say to me when I acted out of hand, "Pretty is, what Pretty does." Meaning no matter how great you look on the outside if you not right within can have a reflection of uglyliness. America isn't Beautiful on the inside appearances are deceiving.

We are talking to each other, only good can come from exposing such a well kept secret within the most powerful nation on our planet.

Today I began to write in response to my feelings, being inspired by the talking heads on TV and once I completed the first draft I accidentally hit the wrong button and poof it was gone... just like that.
My initial reaction was frustration, and anxious because I had alot to say and wanted to get it out here before this afternoon, but GOD had better plans.
Being half awake and hungry, my words were knee jerk reactions to the topic's of the day not positive reaction I lost my focus my ministry of spreading some good news about the gospel of Jesus Christ in my life and how He can work in your life too. Also how all of this will work together for His good!
Well, it's voting season and here we stand once again at a crucial crossroads one that can change the entire course we all worked so hard to accomplish in 2008 AND 2012.
But, once again I must call upon my Faith in order to become more rational in my thought process about how all of this controversy will pan out.
As a Family we can strike a mighty blow to this mid-term election.
I believe the Democrats will achieve their goal to maintain the direction of this current Administration's strategy and vision for a New direction of our Nation. If they stop being traumatized by the Congressional Republicans and the Tea Party candidates, Donald Trump (Won) and Ted Cruz running in this upcoming election 2016.
The Democrats need to run on their own record and stop taking on the Republican party, and talk about their vision for the country and we are heading for the remaining two years of this Administration. Because the Republican Party has no plan but to destroy the Democratic Party and it's Barack Obama, not to address policy issues facing this Nation. The GOP has lost their way... sadly.
Anything that is derived from success has been a result of some struggle and sacrifices made along the way.
Remember the same politicians who claim they're for the people had 10 years 2 under the Clinton Administration and 6 years under the Bush Administration to create a health care bill, and maintain a surplus in 2000 when they did have a mandate, but they literally robbed the US Treasury drove it straight into the ground by 2008.
People, we may be hurting but we are not stupid, sometimes we like to forget those things that seek to harm our way of life, but it's was'nt President Obama. He was ridiculed from the very start of his campaign to become President since Rev. Jeremiah Wright til now... hasn't stopped yet!
This 112th, 113th, now 114th Congress hasn't accomplished anything spent more time on recess than the past majority leaders - Republican Congress are running against themselves about past policies created and deficit spending, continued resolutions one after the other, and they made a mockery while President Bush was in office there were no deficit hawks prior to rush to go into IRAQ!
The TARP bailout came under the Bush Administration during the lame duck period right before November election in 2008, and everybody who should have been indicted on criminal charges, and because everybody agreed to a smooth transistion of power; Attorney General Holder let them walk instead prosecute Wallstreet, or former VP Cheney.
But,
They relied on light turnout from the progressives, and other minorities, and the disappointed independent voters to win this mid-term election to gain subpoena power to begin a dog hunt similar to
the Monica Lewinsky debacle that tied up the Clinton Administration last 4 years in legalities and scandal.
We've all as a body of people different races and cultures in our country consider ourselves
" One Nation Under GOD," well then consider this...
Philippians 4 distinctly recites if we are under the authority of GOD know this;
4:6Do not be anxious about anything. Instead, in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, tell your requests to God.
4:7 And the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things.

Hebrews 4:12-13 -12: The word of God is alive and active, sharper than any double-edged sword. It cuts all the way through, to where soul and spirit meet, to where joints and marrow come together (MAN). 13: There is nothing that can be hid from GOD; everything in all creation is exposed and lies open before his eyes. And it is to him that we must all give an account of ourselves. Hebrews 6:17-20 - 17: To those who were to receive what he promised GOD wanted to make it very clear that he would never change his purpose; so he added his vow to the promise. 18: There are these two things, then, that cannot change and about which God cannot lie. So we who have found safety (me and others) with him are greatly encouraged to hold firmly to the hope placed before us. 19: We have this hope as an ANCHOR for our lives. It is safe and sure, and goes through the curtain of the heavenly temple ( behind the vale) into the inner sanctuary. 20:On our behalf Jesus has gone in there before us and has become a high priest forever, in the priestly order of Melchizedek. WMD is the tongue once we learn to control it and LOVE one another color won't matter..... not one bit! Speak LIFE to loved ones and friends instead of lies, rumors, and gossip. Stop trying to straighten out someone else's business and work on your own. My take on it is that even during these hard times unemployment rising, foreclosures, homelessness; the celebrity sites are booming with gossip about Chris Brown and Rhinna whatever her name is.. In other words even if the grass looks greener in your friends backyard just stay focus on you and work on the grass in your own yard.
