I feel as though my voice is being drowned out everyday I'm yelling at the top of my lungs but nobody's home, they can't hear me..... This economy is slowly building and the horrors of this world keep on raging against us collectively! Compromise is courageous way of doing business but hardliners know to remain rigid would amount to a level of stiffnecks being stubborn and watch us all be destroyed. All of the disasters in this world, why cut EPA now after the worse oil spill in the gulf, and Katrina. How does that make sense, and when Aids is highest our Nations' Capitol worst than in Africa, you wanna eliminate funding for Planned Parenthood?

Remember all you great religious warriors of the story that was told "The children of Israel roamed the desert for 40yrs, and the old generation never got to see the land of milk and honey..." Well, this is a moral issue now because those sanctimonius few whose main objective is money. Lets be frank the Tea Party members most consist of upper middle class americans or evangelicals whose belief in tithes and making it the good old fashioned way produces jobs and charity to the overall community. It's the Mayberry syndrome. Aunt Bee and Opy the lemonade stand hire Otis to bring the lemons.

The lawmakers, the politicians, the Colombian drug lords, all you who lobby against making drugs legal. Just like you did with alcohol during the prohibition. You're the one who's guilty. I mean, c'mon, let's kick the ballistics here: Ain't no Uzi's made in Harlem. Not one of us in here owns a poppy field. This thing is bigger than Nino Brown. This is big business. This is the American way."

They don't want to or care to know what it's like to depend on bi-weekly pay check that is taxed to death to pay mortgages back interest, car payments, student loans, then inflation on necessary items food, drinks, and gas. If the government shuts down these are the people who suffer the most because of their grand gestures. They exist in every state in the United States of America and we need government to help them when they are facing crisis right here at home. We can stand to cut our budgets in many areas and most of us feel lets start across the water in other foreign lands bring our troops back home from many distant shores where we have succeeded already in bringing democracy and peace. So they can help rebuild the country creating jobs for them when they come home to get us off of dependance on oil finding jobs that our servicemen can rely on to feel honored for their service not shuttin down so their families are left to struggle. Such Nonsense.

"Our love is usually conditional and based upon how other people behave toward us. 

This kind of love is based upon familiarity and direct interaction. The Greek word "phileo" defines this kind of love, often translated "brotherly love." Phileo is a soulish (connected through our emotions) kind of love - something that can be experienced by both believers and non-believers. This is in contrast to Agape, which is love extended through the spirit. Agape love requires a relationship with God through Jesus Christ, since the non-regenerated soul is unable to love unconditionally. Agape love gives and sacrifices expecting nothing back in return.

'You shall not take vengeance, nor bear any grudge against the sons of your people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the LORD. "(Leviticus 19:18)

I'm writing this because of the climate of things in our country 
America the Beautiful
 to express my hurt as a Woman of Color

Hesitant to identify myself as African American because I'm not from Africa I've never been there!

My ancestors fought in all wars to defend this great nation.
So I'm just a Black American citizen, with a mixture of cultures running through my veins.

We take much for granted as a race - the Human RACE
Yes we might come in different shades and speak [culturally] with different tongues,

but
we are all charged with the same commandment ->you shall love your neighbor as yourself; I am the LORD. "(Leviticus 19:18)!

Now this applies across the board

Well, all of this is considered
I'm your next door neighbor, a co-worker, stranger sitting next to you on a subway train or bus.  I might be out dancing with you at the club.

Why can't love your neighbor as yourself?

So my point
We all share the same air, eat, sleep, and duffocate.

This entire earth belongs to GOD,
and the fullness thereof
no man has territorial rights here in America or in any other foreign land.

We gotta stop the wars and find way
to heal UNITE.

When you witness all the natural disasters in this world around the globe.
Each time people die from North, South, East and West!

The climate is changing, and rapidly it's not a hoax.

People suffering alot due to austerity cuts and a greedy financial "global" economy only the wealthiest can survive.

Fluctuating 401k mutal funds, gas, food prices - We all endure yet feel that pain..

Social unrest around the globe is for the same root cause as we struggle with here domestically...
Racism, Bigotry, religious bias with a total disregard for others
Monetary problems stagnic wages or no wages, while the middle class and poor around the globe are reacting in anger and protest because
 nobody is getting a pass no matter
what class, culture or religion.

 ALL of US are guilty no man is free from Sin.

Our race is dying everyday.

The Human Race

Let me close with this

When will we understand we all must give a little ourselves
stop coveting material or tangible things.  Plainly spoken a desire to have what you can't afford.

Stay in your lane and I'll stay in mine.

Fellowship with each other
spend time learning about the plight of another individual
stop chasing after and coveting material things.

Once you stop and realize...
you might be surprised how we are more alike than different!
Get to know someone that's not like you of a different creed, race, or religion who doesn't pray like you do,
without prejudging them 

Open your hearts and Minds
 and 
believe that they are just as intelligent
knowing right from wrong, a decent human being
our ultimate goal is to unconditionally.

Love is patient; love is kind; love is not envious or boastful or arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice in wrongdoing, but rejoices in the truth. It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

- Corinthians 13:4-7


This is a description of Agape Love. It is described as being patient, kind, truthful, unselfish, trusting, believing, hopeful, and enduring. It is not jealous, boastful, arrogant, rude, selfish, or angry. True love never fails. The description perfectly fits God's love toward us, and should be the way we love each other and God. However, I have never met any person who perfectly fulfills this biblical definition of love. The Bible says that this unconditional love is more important than everything else (a partial list includes oratory ability, prophecy, knowledge, faith, philanthropy and hope). All of these things, which are "good" things, will pass away. Only love is eternal, since love will be the basis of eternal life. In fact, when Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was,

Jesus said, "YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND." (Matthew 22:37)10 He then added that the second most important law was "YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF." Jesus said that the entire law was dependent upon these two commandments




The most famous biblical chapter on love is from 1 Corinthians:

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. (1 Corinthians 13:1-13)

Introduction: Utter Futility

1

The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem.
2Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity.
3What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun?
4One generation passeth away, and another generation cometh: but the earth abideth for ever.
5The sun also ariseth, and the sun goeth down, and hasteth to his place where he arose.
6The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits.
7All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, thither they return again.
8All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.
9The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
10Is there any thing whereof it may be said, See, this is new? it hath been already of old time, which was before us.
11There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance ofthings that are to come with those that shall come after.

13And I gave my heart to seek and search out by wisdom concerning all things that are done under heaven: this sore travail hath God given to the sons of man to be exercised therewith.
14I have seen all the works that are done under the sun; and, behold, all is vanity and vexation of spirit.
15That which is crooked cannot be made straight: and that which is wanting cannot be numbered.
16I communed with mine own heart, saying, Lo, I am come to great estate, and have gotten more wisdom than all they that have been before me in Jerusalem: yea, my heart had great experience of wisdom and knowledge.
17And I gave my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also is vexation of spirit.
18For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.



Eccles. 1:2 vanity of vanities! All is vanity. This important thematic word occurs frequently throughout the book. As the book progresses, its meaning becomes clear (see Introduction: Key Themes).
Eccles. 1:3 What does man gain? This repeated question (3:9; 5:15; compare 2:11) comes out of the Preacher’s realization that “all is vanity.” If life frequently makes no sense and pleasures and achievements are fleeting, is there any significance to human existence?
Eccles. 1:4–2:26 First Catalog of “Vanities.” The Preacher gives specific examples to prove his belief that all is “vanity.”
Eccles. 1:11 There is no remembrance of former things, nor . . . of later things. The writer-Preacher believes that few people have any significant impact on the course of world history (see esv footnote).
Eccles. 1:13 unhappy business. For some reason unknown to the Preacher, God ordains that mankind should endure painful experiences in this present fallen world. The phrase under heaven is interchangeable with “under the sun” (v. 14, etc.).
Eccles. 1:14 The Preacher examined everything under the sun. However, he is unable to understand it all. He concludes that everything is vanity and a striving after wind.
Eccles. 1:15 Crooked here means “unknowable.” There will always be aspects of life in a fallen world that remain mysterious.
Eccles. 1:16 surpassing all who were over Jerusalem before me. If anyone possessed the wisdom to grasp the meaning of life, it was the Preacher.
Eccles. 1:17 As part of his quest to know wisdom, the Preacher also seeks to understand madness and folly. Apparently he believes that he can better understand wisdom if he also understands its opposite.
Eccles. 1:18 Wisdom is a mixed blessing. In the process of gaining wisdom one also gains a clearer view into the tragedies of life.

BOTTOM LINE =========

Ecclesiates 2 24-26 Enjoy Work and its Benefits

2:24 There is nothing better for people than to eat and drink,
and to find enjoyment in their work.
I also perceived that this ability to find enjoyment comes from God.
2:25 For no one can eat and drink
or experience joy apart from him.
2:26 For to the one who pleases him,God gives wisdom, knowledge, and joy,
but to the sinner, he gives the task of amassing wealth –
only to give it to the one who pleases God.

This task of the wicked is Vanity – like chasing the wind!

Now if King Solomon had enough wealth, knowledge, humility to admit this why can't you? For this is the day that the LORD has made and I shall be glad and rejoice in it! This is the cure for all that stressing you out. Read the entire book it's soothing coming from a guy who had 900 + women, servants, slaves, he said we all end up at the same place.

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant, they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are the vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter, for their will always be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time. Exercise caution in your business affairs for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass. Take kindly in the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars. You are needed in this world. Do not concern yourself with other worlds, for they do not exist. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding in an ordered manner.

Therefore, be at peace with nature and the mysterious process of evolution, whatever you conceive it to be; and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, strive to maintian your own inner peace while you do those things bring you happiness and contribute to the survival of humanity.
With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world

OUR FREEDOM IN REVIEW: AMERICAN JUSTICE & EQUALITY 1800 - Present

Because we are so visual and unless you can actually see it then you will believe, I'd thought for all my friends who enjoy "Empowering Spirits" blogger that is my great experiment would understand what I'm about to do.  Since 2005 I've been contributing to this in an effort to enlighten people and offer many different perspectives about humanity, and politics.  Spiritual poems and essays to express analysis and opinions about trending issues and topics.  Well, this will be more of a visual experience photos all in good taste to depict "History in the United States as it relates to Race relations and Equality.. Justice has not prevailed for the Blacks in America who now identify themselves as African American.   During the early 1800's the United States suffered alot due to Abraham Lincoln's decision to sign an Executive Order freeing or eliminating the slave trade.  Aftermath of that was war, and death.  But, after some policy changes post Civil War changes were made to prevent black men and women from being totally equal.  A lot of men died fighting to preserve the ole south, but blacks being free who had skills crafts had no where to go, part of which spawned the forty acres and a mule.  Immigration came in early 1900's when blacks migrated north for work and seeking freedom those jobs were given to the union members who were white.  It was harder for blacks to get decent paying jobs in the south but despite those challenges we still evolved enough to enter into the middle class. Up until this day America still refuses to acknowledge how they made a entire race of people struggle, claw, and fight for their rights to be treated equally under law as a human being.  Jim Crow laws were put into place and Homestead Act never materialized instead they offered share cropping which was just another trap to keep the help offering in return a shack and a few acres they had to borrow in order to get through rough winters and drought.  Still being dominated by the white race all throughout the south until the civil rights movement in late 1950's.

I will comment and attempt to do this blog chronologically so that even my friends who aren't from my community may be able to understand why in my opinion the black man and woman has never had Justice in America, because every time they made a change the white people retaliated for every inch of progress we've made.  Now in present day we still are faced with the same primary or root problem "white fear" racism in America.  This needs to be understood before a collective "WE" can start or begin to heal.  Joe Scarborough of Morning Joe and Mika Brzezinski, are fair and appear to be decent analyst I actually been watching him since Scarborough Country a very long time, and also Chris Matthews whose very open minded in his approach to politics and race can't understand why black people protest and some even get destructive.

It's not being a "scumbag" as Sir Charles Barkley has proclaimed it's about a culture of people who have been left behind without value or concern.  Black people matter in all things American from our contributions in the design of our Nation's Capitol, Free Masons, all Wars fought on American soil and across the World we've fought to protect her.  But, even with that much patriotism you are still treated like your life doesn't matter and the people of color are less than worthy... Okay take a journey with me and if you got the nerve drop me a comment it's time America owns up to the emotional and physical, and psychological damage caused to many of us through the generations that many of our elite "African Americans" are trying to run from whose families date back like mine before the emancipation because not all of us were poor or slaves!  I say Bullshyt, your scars aren't covered either you have on some level experienced that slighted or being profiled just for being born of color.
